Guarantee conditions

Return or exchange by guarantee can be made within 30 calendar days from the moment of actual receipt of the product. We ask you to familiarize yourself with the rules of clothing care in detail, the markings are present on each product and are indicated on the website in the "Features" tab.

The good is not subject to warranty exchange or return, which occurred as a result of violation of the operating conditions in the cases indicated below:

• Defects of the product occurred as a result of the consumer's violation of the rules for using the product or storage:
  • wrong temperature mode during washing;
  • the use of bleaching detergents, which leads to color deformation;
  • hard mechanical friction;
  • mechanical damage;
  • mechanical damage to the fabric or seams that occurred during operation due to an incorrectly selected size.
• When checking the quality of the product, signs of outside interference were found.
• Goods, the delivery of which was carried out outside the territory of Ukraine.

Claims regarding quality in this case will be unfounded, as the described defects are a consequence of improper operation, and not a violation of production technology. In case of violation of the rules of operation, maintenance, storage of clothes and other products, in the presence of mechanical damage, the seller is not responsible for fulfilling warranty obligations.
