Payment
Depending on the country of delivery, we offer the following payment methods: Visa or MasterCard, Privat24, ApplePay, GooglePay or cash on delivery. Postpaid payment is available only on the territory of Ukraine.
After placing an order on the website, the manager will contact you to confirm the order.
Guarantees
We guarantee:
- Timely delivery of the parcel to the transport company
- Transferring the correct tracking number of the parcel to the buyer
- Quality packaging
- In case of loss of the parcel of the transport company, timely response and replacement of the parcel
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damage to the packaging or other wrongful actions of the transport company. We recommend you to check the integrity of the package when you receive the parcel at the post office and, in case of discrepancy, file a claim with the transport company.
Delivery
The order is shipped across Ukraine within 5 working days from the moment of its received. We cooperate with the transport company - "Nova Poshta". Delivery rates are calculated according to the carrier's rates, depending on the region and paid by buyer during delievery.
Shipping of the order worldwide is carried out up to 10 working days from the moment of its registration. The cost of delivery outside of Ukraine automatically calculate by order weight depends on «Nova Post» tariifs displays on checkout page.
